Acrylic CRM Extension

This tool is for internal use by Acrylic Thailand staff only.

Data collected: customer name, phone number, address, notes, tags, priority level, sales records (product detail, quantity, amount, date), and temporary receipt photos.

Data is entered manually by staff while assisting customers via LINE Official Account Manager.

All data is stored securely in a private database (Supabase) and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Receipt photos are automatically deleted after 48 hours. All other customer and sales data is retained for internal business record-keeping purposes.

Access is restricted to authorised Acrylic Thailand staff through individual login accounts.
